    This was given to me when my Great Uncle passed away. It has never been used except to sit on my desk.
    Cherry Wood Case engraved on the lid - " 1992 Republic National Convention Houston Texas ( looks like the Astrodome) 1992 Republican National Committee" (se pic) with scissors & letter opener, gold plated set in a burgundy padding.
    Case Measures: Approx 11" x 4 1/2" depth 1 1/16", scissors 9", letter opener 7 1/4"
