Vintage fashion grocery store doll 50s 60s stuffed rubber orig clothes 17"

Description

For auction, a lovely 17" tall Fashion doll from the late 2950s or early 60s. He has a stuffed rubber body and and a soft early vinyl head. She has short brunette hair in original set, brown arched brows, molded upper and painted lower lashes. Her bright hazel eyes and sleep eyes and they are a little sticky when closing but stay open wide. She has high color cheeks and red lips/ No rubs to paint. She face is lovely and skin tone not faded or discolored. She has a jointed neck but her arms, legs and torso and all stuffed rubber and one piece. She is wearing her original dew drop faux pearl ear ringsThey have no rubs to the paint. Her dress is original, a cream color nylon under dress with with a net overlay. There is a flock pink design across the netting and black looped trim at the neckline and just above the hemline. A black velvet fabric trims the upper front torso just above the waist with 2 gold tone buttons as trim. There are 2 shell button closures in the back. Sleeves are short and puffy. The dress is amazing. I found only one tiny pin hole in the frame under dress. No soiling or tears to the fabric and colors are even. She is wearing her original stockings with seams up the back of her legs and black heels with sparkly clear hard plastic high heels. They have held on with black straps and there is a rhinestone right at the front of the ankle. There are no runs or pulls in the hose. Her panties are original but the elastic has lost is snap and they have a small safety pin holding them up. The stockings are stuck to the shoe at the ball of the foot from time but if you are careful, you can remove them without tearing the panty hose. She wears a black straw hat trimmed in vintage velvet and silk flowers. I do not know if the hat is original but it looks really cute with the dress. I added the flowers since the original ones were missing. They are all vintage and age appropriate and look terrific with the dress. She is a lovely vintage fashion lady doll, unmarked, original clothing and in very good condition. Very difficult to find this type of doll of this age in such nice condition. She has a few minor flaws but very few.
